Accounting and Finance

Responsibilities include:

  • Process expense and payroll checks.
  • Monitor fund status for expenses and payroll.
  • Verify budget/cash capacity.
  • Reconcile checks and cash balances with the County Treasurer’s Office.
  • Process and record revenue receipts.
  • Verify that federal and state completion report calculations agree with County Treasurer’s records, then transmit to the AZ Dept. of Education.
  • Allocate interest revenue distribution to USFR funds.
  • Serve as fiscal agent for consortium grants
