Vision

The Pinal County School Office Education Service Agency is committed to working cooperatively with agencies throughout the state in identifying and serving the educational needs of Pinal County. PCSOESA strives to accomplish this through leadership and partnering to offer a wide range of educator and student centered services in the following areas: fiscal services, school elections, professional development, information technology and data processing, and accommodation schools and programs.

Are you ready to take your leadership to the next level?

If so, now is the time to take that step. The Master of Education degree in Educational Leadership at ASU's Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College will prepare you to become a transformative administrator or teacher leader. You will learn how to successfully manage the challenges of curriculum development, interpret and use test results, interact with the community and lead other teachers to achieve school goals.

Extensive mentorship and support is a significant component of this rigorous 15-month program:
• Internship with mentor principal
• Dedicated ASU faculty advisor
• Program advisor to help navigate coursework requirements
• Financial aid specialist
• Regular meetings with coaches (retired principals and superintendents) for continued guidance

Cohorts are forming now for the ASU West and ASU Polytechnic campuses. The program begins this summer and is a blended format of summer intensives, in-person courses and online classes. Candidates must have at least two years of pre-K through grade 12 teaching experience.
